Featuring lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail, poached salmon salad, and shrimp and lobster salad created by Chef David Burke.

Either option including lobster is the go-to pick at Fish Shack. The popular cold Maine lobster roll, which comes served on a New England bun with cole slaw, diced celery and lemon mayo, is the big draw, but the lobster and shrimp salad is an equally tasty pick. Come for the fish, stay for the veggies to offer color and crunch to make it a more healthy option.

Franks & Fries

Satisfy your craving for comfort food, Franks & Fries features hot dogs, Italian sausage, chicken tenders and fries

The fried chicken sandwich shop returns this year with their signature fried chicken sandwich.

Two new options at Fuku will fight for your attention: the knockout sandwich – spicy fried chicken with seasoned cabbage – and the 110 Burger – a double-pattied bacon cheeseburger. Pro tip: add a spicy habanero thigh to your chicken sandwich for $7 and you’ll be free to roam around the grounds without ever going hungry.

Korilla BBQ

Korilla features rice bowls served with caramelized kimchi, beansprouts, fire roasted corn, garlic spinach and choice of bulgogi (marinated ribeye), braised ginger sesame chicken, slow roasted pork shoulder in gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), and organic tofu, with choice of Korilla’s signature sauces.

You can get the bulgogi – thinly sliced ribeye steak – spicy pork or roasted chicken thighs in either rice bowls or Korean tacos. The chicken is perfect if you’re looking for something hot. Get it in the bowl, it’s easier to eat with the sticky rice and it comes with homemade kimchi.

Enjoy traditional french crepes by Chef Paul. Choices include Le Boeuf (steak), Le Poule Dijon (chicken) and Le Classic (ham).

The skirt steak with the caramelized onions and gruyere cheese is the highlight of the savory crepes, but the sweet crepe with the bananas and chocolate sauce may be the best thing on the entire menu. It’s also one of the cheapest items on offer, making it a great hidden gem in the Backyard x17 area behind Court 17.
